About Health Notes Today

Health Notes Today is a small, independent editorial project. We publish short, plain-language articles about the everyday foods and drinks — berries, leafy greens, fish, nuts, tea, coffee and water — that may help support memory, focus and a clear mind as we go about a busy day.

What we believe

Eating and drinking in a way that supports the brain shouldn't feel complicated or expensive. Most of what helps is simple, repeatable and already in the kitchen. We try to write the way we'd explain something to a friend: clearly, honestly, and without hype — describing what research tends to suggest rather than promising results.

What we don't do

We don't sell anything, and we don't run an online store. There are no products, supplements, paid offers or affiliate links here — just free articles you're welcome to read and share. We don't recommend any brand or pill.

A note on the information here

Everything we publish is for general information only and is not medical advice. We're writers, not your doctor. No food or drink prevents, treats or cures any condition, and everyone's situation is different — so please talk to a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet or health routine.
